You directly provide the website with all of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

Our Company collects your data so that we can:

How do we store your data?
Our Company securely stores your data on a physical server using hardware encryption. The server is designed to only allow your tutoring registration information to be visible to yourself, and, in the case of non-payment-related information regarding your registration, any other students co-scheduled with you in that registration.
Any metadata sent to our server by your browser is temporarily stored, but never in association with other data you provide to us. The data will be deleted within no more than seven days, unless continued storage is required for evidentiary purposes. In which case, all or part of the data will be excluded from deletion until the investigation of the relevant incident is resolved.
Your registration data will be stored until at most 1 hour after either your session’s scheduled time slot ends or we receive confirmation of your payment for the session, whichever is later.
If you cancel a registration, data related to that registration will be deleted immediately. If multiple students share a time slot, any data that is shared between all registrants in the slot will be deleted if and only if the above timing condition is met or all registrants cancel.
If you fail to confirm a registered session, data for that registration will be deleted at most 5 minutes after the 10-minute confirmation window ends.
All data deletions occur by removing the relevant record from our server database, and we cannot recover deleted data.
What are your data protection rights?
We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access – You have the right to request us for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
The right to rectification – You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request us to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
